Fear or Failure, Fear of Success, Fear of Rejection

Failure and Success are completely interwoven

Fear is a very powerful emotional state. Success is the exact same thing!

False Evidence Appearing Real

Failure is impossible, you can only fail if you tell yourself you fail. You decide if you fail or not.

Only you can label yourself as a failure or as a success. You determine what is failure and what is success. No two people have the same perspective or the same requirements of what it means to have success or to fail.

You want to make it really easy to make yourself feel good and really hard to feel bad.

Never achieve to be happy!

Happily achieve!

What must happen in order for you to feel successful? Write this down, figure it out.

**Tony’s definition of success: No matter what the situation is, if I have given my all and I have learned
something, then it is a success.

**Tony’s definition of failure: I have to give up and not even try, that’s failure

Make it a lot easier to feel successful than it is to feel like a failure

Our own core beliefs generate our own emotions.

What would you attempt to do if you knew you couldn’t fail. (would you do almost anything?)

The set up the rules of your life in such a way that it is impossible for you to fail.

You are always in control you control the outcome and whether or not you fail or succeed.

You must decided fear of failure and fear of success is no longer going to control your life.

The past does not equal the future! It doesn’t mean anything, the only thing that matters is right now!

If all you ever do is feel like shit, your never gonna do better. You must get rid of the feelings of failure and get over your failures and focus only on success.

Many people have fear associated with success. They have more pain with the thoughts of success than pleasure so they fear it.

Whenever your are dealing with fear of failure, success or rejection you need to ask yourself these two questions:
1.	What is the price I will pay in my life if I let this fear control my life. What kind of things are you going to miss out on, who will you never meet, what will you never experience or be able to do. What happiness will never be there, ect ect. Whats the price you will pay long term if you never get over this feeling of fear.
2.	Write down all the pleasure, all the benefits, all the experience, everything that you will be able to gain from freeing yourself from fear of failure, success and rejection.

Things to know about rejection:
1.	Massive rejection is the key to success, anyone who has had massive success has had massive massive failure. Some of the most popular things in the world experienced massive failure first.
2.	Anyone who has succeeded on a massive scale has most likely experienced more rejection at first than success.’
a.	Sylvester Stalone was rejected by over 1000 agents in NYC before he became a massive star
b.	Tim Ferris NY Times best selling book was turned down by 26 of 27 publishers.
Massive Rejection can mean your close to where you want to be because the better your idea, though or position, the more controversial it becomes because everyone’s view on the world is different.

Condition yourself so that whenever you get rejected you feel stronger.

If you condition yourself you can do whatever you want in life.

Ending financial sabotage

Having massive amounts of money is an unknown area to almost everyone and since almost everyone is
uncomfortable with the unknown; the idea of massive wealth makes you uncomfortable.

You must condition yourself for this. You must condition your mind and your emotions to deal with the weight of financial freedom.

Way to get wealthy
1.	Free yourself from the illusion that you’re not currently wealthy
a.	Think about everything that we have in our lives
b.	The level of abundance we experience every single day is amazing
c.	You must understand you already are wealthy

2.	Change your beliefs of money and wealth
a.	Wealth starts with beliefs
b.	What are beliefs: A feeling of certainty of what something means.
c.	Your finances will not change until your beliefs change
d.	Feel massive pain with not having what you want!

What do you think of immediately when you hear money?

What types of things did you learn about money growing up and having an abundance of money.

When you identify your negative beliefs and thoughts about money, the best thing to do is to ridicule your own personal negative beliefs and being to attach new beliefs to it.

Example of counter acting beliefs:
•	Money doesn’t grow on trees. That’s right, money grows from my unbelievable ideas
•	It’s too expensive! It used to be, but now it’s an investment in my joy!

Simple as that, attach new beliefs to the beliefs you already have to water them down and dissolve there affect and meaning.

We must daily condition ourselves for wealth so we are looking for opportunities all around us

Our goals condition our RAS to show us what we want.

Money Beliefs to Model from the most successful people in the world:
1.	Money is nothing but a measure of the amount of value I contribute to other people, the more I give the more I receive. The more value I give, the more money I create.

2.	I only need 2 things to be financially wealthy:
a.	Every single day, live in an attitude of gratitude. Live in abundance – like attracts like
b.	Consistently focus on how you can give more to others than you want back
c.	Massive abundance means massive pleasure and massive generosity

3.	Condition you mind for wealth
a.	Every day condition yourself for the abundance that you deserve, prepare yourself for the wealth that is coming your way.

4.	Make sure you experience yourself as a giver on an ongoing basis.
a.	This develops the belief you deserve everything in your life, this gives you that belief
b.	Develop the habit of giving now.

5.	Create experiences with money that give you tremendous love and joy towards money
a.	Let yourself get serious pleasure! Feel the direct connection of pleasure.

Tony’s Personal Affirmation:
•	God wealth is circulating in my life, his wealth flows to me in avalanches of abundance. All my needs, desires and goals are met instantaneously for I am one with god and god is everything.

Get a financial vehicle, ask yourself these questions.
1.	Write down what you are massively passionate about
2.	How could you do it in a way that others would benefit and make an investment in what you love
3.	How could you do it massively and get paid well
4.	How could you do it intelligently

Create a level of certainty that you are without a shadow of a doubt you are going to get the abundance you deserve

Unlocking your financial genius

If you don’t have enough money it is for one reason! You haven’t conditioned yourself for wealth.

Money and finances are very controversial

Money is nothing but a way to measure value created between individuals

Building wealth is fundamental

What is the number one reason we fail financially?
•	We associate negative things with the thought of excess money.

If you don’t have money, you might want it but you don’t want it bad enough and you still have negative associates that are keeping you from attracting it.

The worst things you can do are consciously or subconsciously have feelings of lack, or not enough. This puts you in a lack frame of mind. You must condition the thoughts of abundance over and over again.

Enjoy having money, enjoy using it. Create positive associations to having and using it.

Wealth Wounds:
1.	It sounds crazy, absurd and downright ridiculous but the only reason you don’t have money is you associate more pain with having money than you do with not having it. There is some kind of deep rooted belief that his holding you back.
a. When we have abundance, we have enough to survive you can stop focusing on you and you can start focusing on creating value and making a difference. This is where the money will start to come from. You must condition yourself to feel massive amounts of pleasure with earning and creating wealth. Condition it!

2.	You never make idea of massive abundance and wealth a top priority! It’s something you want, but it’s never a MUST. You must make wealth abundance a top priority, a burning desire. You must do whatever it takes to get where you want to go financially.
a.	You must decide on a very specific amount of money that you must absolutely without any doubt have every single month and you must make that a must! It must be a burning desire to have that amount every single month. It must be a necessity!

3.	You fail to design an affecting wealth strategy! If you have no plan or strategy for wealth you are going to be lost no matter how much wealth conditioning you do.
a.	Create a strategy to create, invest and share money! Develop a simple wealth creation and attraction strategy and then follow through! Use modeling to create this wealth strategy, find people that are successful doing what you want to do and then do exactly what they do! That simple! Stock and hunt wealth, figure out exactly what it does and where it is at and then catch it and bring it home! Make it fun and enjoyable.

4.	Failure to follow your plan once it’s set up. You have your plan, your strategy and you know exactly what you want to do but you don’t follow through. Everything is in the follow through.
a.	You must follow through and you must get yourself to follow through. Everything boils down to getting yourself to follow through.

5.	Relying on experts to tell you want to do.
a.	You have got to get to the point where you can be self sufficient! Learn how to invest your own personal money.

6.	Financial complacency. You get comfortable and you stop paying attention and you stop doing what you need to do cause your content. Whatever you fail to use, you lose!
a.	You must always be on your building and growing your wealth, you can’t get complacent.

7.	Allowing financial crisis to turn into financial ruin. There is always going to be some major learning experiences. There is things you cannot control and things that will always happen.
a.	You must learn how to handle financial crisis and learn from it. Once you master this step you will always be wealthy. The past does not equal the future.

You must have faith that you will be able to create ultimate financial freedom. The seven wealth wounds are

what stops everyone from being wealthy, have faith and awareness to know you will overcome them!

Make financial abundance a must!

The greatest way to get wealth is to understand wealth. Wealth is all about gratitude, when you are grateful you are rich! It doesn’t matter how much money you have, if you aren’t grateful you are poor. Therefore gratitude equals wealth and wealth begets wealth!

The greatest way to feel gratitude is to give. Receiving is evidence you are giving adeptly. Reap what you sow.

Rituals for successful living

When people want to make a change they try to make it consciously. In order to make a permanent change you must condition yourself to do it subconsciously

Anchoring: anything that happens consistently while in an emotional state. (Ivan Pavlov’s dogs theory)

Examples of Anchors: spouses fighting,

Anchors can be anything from the 5 senses.

There is positive and negative anchors

Creating anchors
1.	Put yourself in a very motivated emotional state
2.	Do something unique that doesn’t have anything to do with daily action
3.	Combined 1 and 2

You can anchor any state of mind that you want! Any emotion or state that you want to have over and over again, that you want over and over again; all you have to do is create and anchor!

Anchors are like buttons to your own brains.

Practice anchoring over and over again!

How long do anchors last? It all depends on the state of emotion you are in while setting the emotion

Anchors must be unique so they don’t get set off all the time.

How to get rid of negative emotion: Collapsing a negative anchor
1.	Create a positive anchor
a.	Create an awesome anchor that contradicts the negative anchor
2.	Touch both positive and negative at the same time
a.	This scrambles your negative as long as your positive anchor is stronger

Effective Anchors must have
1.	Create Strong emotion
2.	Create a unique powerful trigger at the peak of the emotion.
3.	Make sure the anchor is unique
4.	Fire off the same way it was set

Anchors can be very powerful in negotiations

Anchors are all around us all the time. Be on the lookout for them and take advantage of them.

Swish Pattern:
1.	Think of a negative ritual that you take part in
a.	Visualize it in your mind
2.	Think of a positive ritual, who you want to be or do
a.	Visualize that positive image in your mind
3.	Create a new positive image/ritual
4.	Condition your brain so the new one is the one to believe

Feel the picture breaking through – like a sling shot.

The Silent Killer – Procrastination

How to create consistent action!

We are all controlled by our own personal rituals, our own habits and they controlling and directing our lives
Sow a thought, reap an action. Sow an action, reap a habit. Sow a habit, reap a character. Sow a character, reap a destiny.

What are our thought patterns that create habits and destiny?

What are your internal rituals? Are they holding you back?

Do you have emotions that hold you back?

Are these rituals affecting your daily actions and your habits?

We have ritual ways of looking at the world, and ritual ways our brain and body runs, ritual ways of thinking, feeling and acting and these rituals affect everything about our life

Discover the rituals that are old, shitty and useless and follow our leverage, pattern interrupt and conditioning approach! This will allow you to change the pattern!

What is the receipt to your negative ritual emotions?
1.	How do you feel
2.	What do you do
3.	What happens
4.	How does that make you feel?
5.	What happens next

What are your top 5 negative emotions that you feel habitually?

Top 5 Personal Negative Emotions (12/13/10)
1.	Overwhelmed
2.	Frustrated
3.	Discouraged
4.	Disappointed
5.	Despair

Personal receipt for these emotions
1.	Overwhelmed
a.	I put too much on my plate, I don’t relax and I tell myself I can’t sleep, relax or do anything I want to do until I get the job done. I feel like there is not enough time to do what I want to do, I make long lists of stuff I have to do and then I never get them done and they pile up on top of each other
2.	Frustrated
a.	I feel overwhelmed and I am not getting done what I need to get done. I realize that the reason I’m not getting it done is because I’m slacking and not taking action or working hard enough and or making poor desisions with my time. Then on top of that I get in my own head and don’t realize all the opportunity I have and I get pissed because I’m not where I want to be.
3.	Despair
a.	I am overwhelmed and frustrated and I don’t know what to do. I am just not getting where I want and it is hard and frustrating.
4.	Discouraged
a.	I feel despair because I’m over whelmed and frustrated and because of all the reasons I feel those emotions, they eventually turn into discouragement because I’m not doing what I need to do to get where I want to go.
5.	Disappointed
a.	Once I get the feeling of despair and discouraged I feel like I am not good accomplishing anything and or on the right track and I’m good enough.

Top 5 Positive Emotions
1.	Excited
2.	Enthusiastic
3.	Accomplished
4.	Proud
5.	Gratitude

2.	Enthusiastic/Motivated

Once you realize the receipts for these negative and positive emotions, you can start to be proactive and realize when you are going into these states. This realization gives you the ability to remember your receipts and to change me and make new rituals.

We started by talking about procrastinating and this is just a ritual! Change it.

You are in charge, take control of your brain and your rituals and create personal power.

Know why you procrastinate, which just means its more painful to do it now, then it is to actually do it.

All you have to do is associate more pain than pleasure and bam! Procrastination cured.

Use pleasure and pain and do it consciously

How do you cure procrastination?
1.	Ask yourself how will I feel if I don’t do this
2.	how will I feel once I get this done
3.	get your body moving and feel the feelings of getting them accomplished

This is an amazing poem writen by a young girl who was very sick in the hospital! If you ask me this hits home to nearly everyone of us!

Have you ever watched kids
On a merry-go-round?
Or listened to the rain
Slapping on the ground?
Ever followed a butterfly’s erratic flight?
Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?
You’d better slow down.
Don’t dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won’t last.

Do you run through each day
On the fly?
When you ask “How are you?”
Do you hear the reply?
When the day is done
Do you lie in your bed
With the next hundred chores
Running through your head?
You’d better slow down
Don’t dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won’t last.

Ever told your child,
We’ll do it tomorrow?
And in your haste,
Not see his sorrow?
Ever lost touch,
Let a good friendship die
Cause you never had time
To call and say “Hi”?
You’d better slow down.
Don’t dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won’t last.

When you run so fast to get somewhere
You miss half the fun of getting there.
When you worry and hurry through your day,
It is like an unopened gift….
Thrown away.
Life is not a race.
Do take it slower
Hear the music
Before the song is over.

Goal Setting is extremely fundamental.

You must master the fundamentals of everything that you do. It’s not about learning new things; it’s about practicing the fundamentals

Fundamentals must be practiced every single day!

What is the power of goals, why do we talk about them so much?

Answer: with goals we create the future in advance, they shape our destiny.

Goals can give us the power and the energy to through ourselves forward

You can have all the techniques to condition yourself, all the energy and excitement in the world, but if you don’t know what you’re working towards your lost!

You must set goals and write them down, but more importantly than setting them you must right a plan of action of how you are going to achieve them

You must operate by a universal law, complete belief and faith!

Describe in detail everything that you want!

Everything starts with a very simplistic process of defining exactly what you want!

You become a creator when you write your goals down and when you get absolutely clear why you want them you being to make massive shifts and gains towards them.

Purpose is stronger than outcome!

The purpose to set goals is not to get things; it’s to create the person you will become!

Setting goals for things is fine, but it’s not necessarily what point, the point is to set goals that push you to become the person you were meant to be. They push you and help you grow.

Reasons are more important that answers

Reasons come first, Answers come second.

Every great success figures out the why first, then figures out how they are going to make the possible.

The why is way more important!

Desire in its Latin form means of the father, in other words anything of desire has been given to you. It comes from within you, from the father.

Why do goals work?
1.	Thoughts are things; whatever we focus on consistently we experience them.
2.	When you set a goal, you are acknowledging to your conscious and subconscious mind that you are not
where you want to be and your brain starts to feel dissatisfied.
a.	Success can be a trap, when you are successful you tend to party. When you fail you tend to ponder and look for new ways.

Use goals as a way to pressure yourself!

Diamonds are just rocks that are created over years of immense pressure! Goals turn you into a diamond!

The only way to succeed is to demand more from yourself than others could ever expect from you?
Use pressure to your advantage!

When you create goals, write down two important things (use the carrot and the stick)
1.	Write down why you want to achieve it
2.	Write down what it will cost you if you don’t do it

Your goals are always changing and evolving

Goals show you that you are not where you want to be, goals tell you at a conscious and subconscious level that you are dissatisfied to some extent and that you need to step your game up a notch.

How do we change our beliefs?

Three keys to neuro associated conditioning
1.	Get leverage on yourself
2.	Interrupt your old pattern
3.	Condition yourself till you have a new pattern or way of feeling

This is how we change our beliefs, but in a different context

Remember your brain will do anything to avoid pain

Heres how you change your beliefs:
1.	Identify your beliefs you want change
a.	Core beliefs that are stopping us from achieve what we want

2.	Link enough pain with the present limiting beliefs that you want to change
a.	This will cause your brain to avoid belief because the pain your brain kills the belief, because you cant have a painful belief
b.	This is basically interrupting the pattern

3.	Create new empowering belief
a.	Create the new belief that you want in place of the old one
b.	If the old one said you were fat, create one that says you are getting in shape
c.	This is a new generalized statement

4.	Link Massive pleasure to the new belief you want to install
a.	Think of everything positive that will happen when you believe this

5.	Condition yourself w/ the new belief
a.	This is just like pavlogs dog
b.	Condition yourself over and over again

Ask yourself questions that make allow you to focus on the pain of the belief you want to break.

Most beliefs are ridiculously generalized statements. Make ones that are empowering.

In order to adopt a new belief, all you have to do is associate massive massive pleasure and excitement with it.

Changing beliefs is literally as easy as changing files on a computer.

The past does not equal the future!

The past is the past, learn from it but it doesn’t equal the future

There is always a way to create a result if you are committed to the result

Core beliefs are the crux of your life! Identify your core beliefs!

Dickens Patterns:
1.	Past: feel the feelings of bad beliefs and what they have got you in the past
2.	Present: feel the feelings of the bad beliefs and the results you have in your life currently
3.	Future: how will it be with this belief in 5, 10, or 20 years in the futre

Once you develop new beliefs that’s are something to look forward to you get to feel the excitement of what your life will be like in the future due to your beliefs and you get to look forward to those feelings and those accomplishments now!
