Eliminating Self Sabotage
Many times we sabotage our lives because of risk avoidance or mixed pain/pleasure principles.
How to eliminate self sabotage:
1. Identify a behavior that’s keeping you from your goals
2. What’s the positive intent (whys your brain doing this)
3. Get leverage on yourself so you can make the change
4. Interrupt the pattern
5. Install a new pattern
